Pull the two side loops behind your ears and adjust the size to fit comfortably. Adjust the larger single strap behind your head—or remove if preferred.

ENSURE YOUR MASK IS SEALED
Gently hold the mask in place. Sharply inhale. If air is leaking, readjust the mask and try again.
CHANGING YOUR FILTER
THE COLOR CHANGING STICKER
Responding to your breath and activity, the sticker will indicate when your filter needs to be replaced
It only works when you are wearing your mask, and the time it takes to fill completely depends on your activity and how well your mask is sealed to your face

Remove your old filter
Place the new filter under the middle loop on the back of the mask. Then tuck the edges of the filter into the pockets on both sides
